Refund & Cancellation Policy

NMK works to prepare and fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner. Because food service involves preparation timing, delivery scheduling, and perishable items, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the rules below.

Order cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be available or may only qualify for a partial refund, depending on operational status.

Delivery-related issues

If there is a service issue involving delivery timing, incorrect order fulfillment, or a significant operational failure, NMK will review the matter and determine whether a credit, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

Non-refundable situations

  • Customer-provided incorrect delivery information
  • Customer unavailability at the confirmed delivery location
  • Minor delays caused by conditions outside operational control
  • Completed fulfilled orders without a verified service issue

Catering requests

Large catering and custom event orders may be subject to separate deposit, cancellation, and refund terms communicated at the time of booking.
